系统组装与先进诊疗团队
一、团队简介
本团队主要研究生命系统中的分子组装、疾病的细胞机制、细胞/外泌体递送的体内生物学行为等,重点是在分子科学、生物医用材料、生命科学与医学领域开展多科学交叉研究。主要分为:仿生分子识别与细胞先进治疗、功能纳米组装与智能药物递送、天然多糖凝胶与生物组织工程三个研究方向。具体围绕生命系统中重要的分子识别和组装机制,聚焦生物体的基本构成单位细胞,发展基于仿生受体的分子识别和自组装策略,揭示疾病的细胞机制及细胞/外泌体递送在体内的生物学行为,开发可应用于生物分离分析、生化传感和疾病诊疗等领域的先进生物医用材料,构建精准医用诊断和个性化免疫治疗先进平台。
二、团队负责人简介
团队负责人李升可博士,江苏特聘教授(2024),博士生导师。广州市港澳青年科技托举人才(2024),2018年获得澳门大学哲学博士学位(生物医药),曾任澳门大学博士后研究员、研究助理教授、课题组长(PI),南京邮电大学、南京大学访问和合作研究学者。先后承担多项澳门科技发展基金等项目,指导和联合指导博硕士研究生10余名。截至目前共发表SCI论文70余篇(H-index 33),Wiley威立中国开放科学高贡献作者,受邀担任Carbohydrate Polymers编委,Chinese Chemical Letters编委。拥有多年工业界产品研发经历,参与多项产学研转化项目,荣获中国国际大学生创新大赛铜奖(指导教师,2024)、首届澳门大学生1+4产业创新创业大赛金莲花奖(指导教师,2024)、深圳市创新创业大赛奖励。曾担任澳门中药研发中心副秘书长、国际中医药学会监事、澳门核医及分子影像学会理事、2023中华医药澳门论坛/中华医药创新创业大赛组委会委员等。
